How to Use a Chakra Crystal Grid

So you have a grid with gorgeous coloured crystals but now what? What do you do with it? 

Grids are a great tool to use when setting intentions, they allow you to really focus your attention on specifics outcomes. When working on unblocking Chakras or regulating Chakra energies these grids are so valuable because focus is a key element in the healing process.

Chakra grids are designed with the main 7 Chakras depicted in some way, either with the name or symbol printed on them. The idea behind them is that you place your crystals that resonate with the chosen Chakra on the corresponding symbol on the grid.

Before you get started it is important that you cleanse and charge your gemstones!

For Root Chakra use the red stone and place it on the lowest symbol that is located at the base of the spine on the grid. This Chakra is responsible for our feelings of safety, our relationship with money and all things to do with our physical needs.

When balancing emotions and releasing any blockages in the Sacral Chakra you can place the orange stone on the second symbol from the bottom, this corresponds to our reproductive area. Working on this Chakra can also assist us in being more creative and expressive in our sexuality too!

For our Solar Plexus Chakra, the one that is responsible for our sense of self and our willpower, you can use the yellow crystal and place it on the grid on the third symbol from the bottom. This Chakra is like our own personal sunshine and having energy flow here is great for our self-esteem.

The middle symbol, located in the centre of the chest relates to the Heart Chakra and you can place your green or pink stone on there. This Chakra is responsible for all matters of the heart and can assist in releasing energies of grief and a broken heart.

Located at the throat area is the symbol of the Throat Chakra. Place your blue stone here and you can help yourself remove any blockages that may stop you expressing yourself fully and speaking your own truth.

The area on the brow is that of the Third Eye Chakra, you can use either your purple or white/clear stones here. This Chakra is responsible for our intuition. To live with intuition is to live with more clarity so we feel guided in every moment.

The final symbol on the grid is that of the Crown Chakra, it's the symbol at the top. You can place the purple or white/clear stones here. Removing any blockages here will help you to feel a connection to source energy and to live from a space of peace.
