10X Babe Trading Workshops are designed for women who want to understand how financial markets and trading actually work — without the jargon, hype or intimidating trading-room culture.

You don’t need any previous trading experience. We start at the beginning and explain money, markets, charts, risk and the practical foundations of trading in a way that actually makes sense.

And because trading isn’t only about charts, we’ll also explore your relationship with money, confidence, risk and the emotions that can influence the decisions you make.

Your host, Jainey Bennett, is a serial entrepreneur who has built and sold businesses, invested, traded — and made some very expensive mistakes along the way.

Jainey created 10X Babe because she believes women deserve somewhere they can learn about trading, ask the “silly” questions, understand the risks and discover what’s possible before putting their own money on the line.

No bro-talk. No pretending you already know. Just women learning together.

We start with the foundations.

You’ll look at where you are financially today, your relationship with money, the beliefs you may have picked up along the way and why knowing where your money goes matters.

We’ll explore inflation, purchasing power and the very different roles of spending, saving, investing and trading. 

YOUR MINDSET

Trading brings money and emotion together — and that can reveal a lot.

We’ll explore confidence, fear, self-trust, money beliefs and some of the reasons we can behave very differently once our own money is involved.

Because learning a strategy is one thing.

Learning to manage yourself while you execute it is another.

WHAT TRADING ACTUALLY IS

You’ll learn the difference between trading, investing and gambling — and why trading is not about predicting the future or being right every time.

At its core, trading is a decision-making process involving rules, probabilities and risk management.

RISK, REWARD & YOUR EDGE

How can a trader lose several trades and still have a profitable approach? 

We’ll introduce:

Risk-to-reward / Win rate / Probability
Losses / Trading edge / Consistency

READING THE MARKET

You’ll be introduced to charts and the basic ways markets move.

We’ll explore different market conditions, what price movement actually represents and some of the things traders look for before making a decision.

You are not expected to become an expert in one day.

The goal is to make the screen stop looking like another language.

✓ Understand the basic parts of a price chart
✓ See how traders identify a potential setup
✓ Understand the order ticket — without risking real money
✓ Learn what Entry, Stop Loss and Take Profit mean
✓ See how risk is defined before a trade is placed
✓ Follow a practice trade from setup to exit
✓ Make the trading decisions with me — Buy or Sell? Where's our Stop? What's our target? Would we take the trade?

No laptop. No trading account. No experience required.

I'll demonstrate everything live on screen, and we'll work through the decisions together so you can see exactly what the trading process looks like — without risking real money.

By the end of the day...

The goal is for you to understand how a trade goes from chart → setup → entry → risk → exit, and leave knowing what learning to trade actually involves.

You don't need to become a trader in one day. You just need to understand what you're stepping into — and whether you want to take the next step.
